The Momentum is the first hunting rifle made by Franchi in their 150 year history. This 6.5 Creedmoor model features a TrueTimber Strata stock and Midnight Bronze Cerakote finish on the receiver and barrel for outstanding weather protection and striking looks. The stock was painstakingly designed to be an extension of the hunter with crisp checkering and ergonomic lines making the rifle ideal for 5 of the most common shooting positions and reinforcing the company's mantra Franchi Feels Right.

The Momentum is a feature rich hunting rifle from the TSA recoil pad that reduces felt recoil by 50% to the threaded barrel ready for muzzle devices. It utilizes a crisp adjustable trigger between 2 and 4 pounds and a two-position safety that allows chambering or ejecting a round with the safety engaged without fear of accidental discharge. The bolt is easily disassembled fluted one solid piece with 3 large locking lugs for solid lockup.

Additional features include recess for hand when benchrest shooting snag-free recessed swivel attachments free-floated cold hammer-forged barrel hinged floorplate and one-piece Picatinny rail for easy optic mounting. At 7.1 lbs with 24" barrel and 14" length of pull this rifle delivers outstanding accuracy and handling for big game hunting at any range.
