Can't be beaten at this price point

At 1/3rd the price of an HK SP5k, the only con is the trigger pack internals had weak phosphating which when cleaned with solvent kinda washed off. Big wow.
The tr-lug locks up as tight as an H&K. The mag supplied only difference with a newer H&K mag is it is phosphated and just as solid in contruction and function.

Awesome firearm

Awesome firearm, shoots perfect right out of the box. I could not be happier with it.

Excellent quality, off the chart cool factor!

I've always wanted an MP5 clone but wasn't willing to shell out the money for an actual HK. I saw this one on sale with the accessories package and couldn't resist. The fit and finish of this firearm is on par with an actual HK. The welds are perfect to the point of being barely noticeable and the black finish is excellent. I was also surprised by the trigger as I've read how bad they typically are. My example pulls right at 6.5 lbs with a decently crisp break, while it's certainly not a competition trigger it is much better than expected. The weight combined with the roller delayed blowback system makes this a soft shooter and an excellent suppressor host. My Rugged Obsidian 9 with the 3 lug mount fit perfectly and made the gun hearing safe even in the short configuration with 147 grain bullets. Now for the not so great. The safety is typical of any factory MP5 style weapon and sucks. It's heavy and impossible to engage with your thumb, upgrading to a MagPul extended safety is a must. It's difficult to shoot accurately in it's stock configuration. Since this on has been broken by the ATF it really needs to be SBR'd so that you can add a stock and a forward grip if you plan on using it for an actual defensive weapon. However if this is just going to be a range toy then the cool factor makes up for any shortcomings of the design. Also in states that allow open carry it makes a badass fashion accessory and a great conversation starter, just beware of Karen's as they will have a meltdown at the very sight of this pistol.

The gun is beautiful

Haven't shot it yet but it seems very solid. Wish I had also got the AP5 but happy with what I got... I did upgrade the hand guard to 1 with a handle

Great MP5k Clone

Ended up with the silver version of the AP5-P, par the course the gun was pretty dirty and gritty from the factory. This was expected based on previous reviews and after a very, very deep clean most of the gunk had released.

Hand cycled the action ~300 times before taking it out (based on a Reddit recommendation) which really helped loosen up the charging handle and the grit. A couple FTF on the first 100 rounds of NATO 124gr and then another deep clean.

Serious tack driver after that, no issues at all and easily one of my favorites now. Would highly recommend suppressed

Great Customer Service

Had ordered a great deal for the core which added a bunch of extra stuff for free. Even though they ran out of the standard finish they accommodated me with the Grey Cerakote of the same gun and add-ons free of charge.

So far so good

I haven't been able to shoot it yet. I got a special where I got a sling, extra mag (2 total) and an optic mount. The optic mount covers the area that holds the charging handle open and emailed to see if there was a smaller one and haven't gotten a response.
