To enhance durability, the MK2 lower is hardcoat Type 3 anodized for superior resistance to surface wear, scuffs, scratches, and discoloration from cleaning solvents and oils. Included with this lower are Griffin's ambidextrous magazine release and ambidextrous bolt catch & release controls, offering increased usability for both right- and left-handed shooters.
